In South East Queensland, we continue to support clients across Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, and the Sunshine Coast. From established family suburbs to master-planned communities and lifestyle-driven coastal markets, our team actively manages properties across a wide range of asset types and tenant profiles.


On the Gold Coast, we manage properties across both lifestyle and growth corridors, balancing high-demand areas with emerging opportunities. In Logan and Ipswich, our focus remains on strong rental fundamentals, tenant stability, and long-term performance. In North Queensland, we are proud to have expanded our presence in Townsville, further strengthening our regional coverage. Townsville remains a strategically important market underpinned by defence, healthcare, education, and infrastructure investment.
